Country stay with all you'll really need to enjoy your time away from home. 2 Queens and 1 Double allows up to 6 adults. The double is a bunkbed so there is a twin above and a twin trundle beneath for kids only. The bathroom has a tub/shower, tall oval seat toilet, an electric heater and several towel hooks. The full size kitchen has lots of counter space, is fully stocked and has miscellaneous supplies. Or take it out back to the fire pit and/or BBQ, where you'll be sure to see some squirrals, a bunny or perhaps deer. Folding camp chairs are stored in the shed to keep clean and there is also a folding table for fixing your hamburgers on! The brand new A/C unit keeps it cool for summer and the Berkshire gas stove makes winter feel good! The livingroom is also inviting if you just sit back and watch for wildlife in the big bay window. But my favorite thing to do is sit out on the porch swing; early morning. I make a coffee and listen to the song birds, hoping to greet the sun. You may see a Mennonite horse and buggy pass by or at least hear the clip clops in the near distance.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
